  • POLICY
    Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. All sales are final! No exchanges or refunds due to the COVID-19 virus. No Exceptions. Our client’s health is our wealth!
  • GLAM GALORE SHOP SHIPPING (U.S ONLY)
    We currently ship to (U.S Only) We process orders the same day for orders received by 12 noon (CT). Monday thru Friday. We ship all orders Standard First Class USPS from the Dallas area which is 2-4 days. You will receive a email with the status of your shipment as well as a tracking number. If you have any questions please email us at Traye.Devawn.Glam@gmail.com Public Local Pickup is available. Please select option at checkout and location along with instruction will be provided.
  • SCHEDULING POLICY
    In order to provide the best service possible and be fair to other clients, I require that you comply with the following scheduling policy. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of the policies below.
  • APPOINTMENTS
    Appointments are accepted via our online booking system only. Please do not text or send an email for booking with Traye.
  • DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
    A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-transferable deposit is required to hold ALL makeup appointments. Your paid deposit goes toward the total for your selected service! DUE to multiple appointment time slot inquires, payment must be made within 24hrs of receiving invoice. Service fees can be paid via Paypal or any major credit cards. Dates will not be granted without a deposit. An extra fee will be applied to appointments before or after regular business hours and to all Sunday appointments. Holiday Appointments are an up charge as well. Wedding pricing can be requested via completion of a quote form in calendly.
  • WHAT TYPE OF MAKE-UP DO YOU USE?
    I use a variety of cosmetics lines to create the perfect make-up look for my clients. You will not need to provide your personal makeup.
  • DAY OF APPOINTMENT
    TRAYE will arrive to your location up to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time (THIS IS FOR ON LOCATION APPOINTMENT). IF you arrive to your location 15 minutes LATE , I will try my best to oblige you. Clients that are later that 15 minutes will be charged a $35 late fee, in addition to your fee for makeup. This same policy applies if you are 15 or more minutes late to Traye's location. This policy is in place to ensure all clients are cared for in a timely fashion.
  • SOCIAL MEDIA
    Traye does most of the marketing for Traye De'Vawn Glam via Social Media. If you do not wish to be posted on any of her pages, please let her know. In addition, if YOU are posting or reposting pics of Traye's work please give the correct social media credit.
