Cancellation Policy

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE and non transferable deposit is required to hold ALL makeup appointments. non-refundable and non-transferable. An extra fee will be applied to appointments before or after regular business hours and to all Sunday appointments. Your paid deposit goes toward the total for your selected service! All before/after hour/Holiday appointment time slot inquires, payment must be made within 24hrs of receiving invoice. Unfortunately, you do not have a secured date with me unless your invoice deposit is successfully paid. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. If appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hour period, you will be responsible for 100% of the remaining balance. Again all deposits are non refundable and transferable.
